Lions Clubs International District 322F have been actively involved in various service projects including Five Eye Hospitals, an eye bank, a Blood Bank, Multiple computer Centres, various Health Centres, Diagnostics centre, Ambulances, Dead body carrying van, Dental clinic, Lions Cloak Tower etc. The Lion members, guided by our honourable District Governors and the Motto “WE SERVE” provide selfless service with dedication and devotion towards the cause of the needy.
Lion Suresh Sinhal

Lion Suresh Sinhal born on 25th February 1957 in the hill town of Kalimpong. After graduating in commerce from Kalimpong College, he joined his family business of Medicine Retail along with his 2 brothers. He moved to Siliguri in 1985 and started Pharma wholesale and retail business in 1985 & 1987 respectively. He further expanded in healthcare by starting a Hospital in the year 2004. Married to Lion Laxmi Sinhal, they are blessed with 2 daughters Payal, Gunjan and son Sumit….

On 16th June,2021 our club ” Siliguri Unity Wings” along with ” Siliguri Unity” organised a blood camp in ” Terai Blood Bank” in this prevailing covid situation in which the volunteers came forward for the noble cause.
On 16th June,2021 our club ” Siliguri Unity Wings” along with ‘ Siliguri Unity’ organised a ” Samman” programme in which all the volunteers of ‘ Terai Blood Bank’ were felicitated and given gift hampers.It was a great feeling to felicitate the Covid warriors.
On 13th June,2021 our club ‘ Siliguri Unity Wings’ along with ‘ Siliguri Unity’ organised a programme in which the reporters from various new channels were felicitated and given gift hampers for their selfless contribution in the prevailing covid situation.
Our club ” Siliguri Unity Wings” along with ” Siliguri Unity” on 11 June ,2021 organised a ‘Felicitation and Chai Shai Programme’ for the workers of covid care centre at ‘ Tinbatti More’.The workers were given gift hampers for their selfless service.
On 4th June,2021 our club along with ” Siliguri Unity” started a noble cause of distributing refreshments (tea,water,biscuits,wafers,bhujiya etc.) to the covid warriors such as traffic police,guards,hospital staffs,reporters and so on for 5 days .The whole event was covered live by many news channels.
Today on 30th May,2021 our club ” Siliguri Unity Wings” along with ” Siliguri Unity”, ” Siliguri Givers” and ” Siliguri Rising Stars” had started a service in which dry ration will be distributed among the poor people till lockdown.
On 27th May,2021 our club ” Siliguri Unity Wings” along with ” Siliguri Unity” had distributed 300 packets of food to the needy people of’Krishna Nagar’.The while service was done keeping in mind the prevailing covid situation.
Our club “Siliguri Unity Wings” along with “Siliguri Unity” has taken the initiative to sanitise the covid effected houses after covid. This service will be done for one month.
Our club “Siliguri Unity Wings” along with “Siliguri Unity” have taken the initiative to help the stray animals like dogs in this time of covid. The service will be carried on for one month. Regards, Lion Pooja Mittal (Secretary)
